National Direct Student Loan (NDSL)
and
OTHER EDUCATIONAL DEBTS
1. Southwest Baptist University is to assume
responsibility
for and make complete payment of my remaining National
Direct Student Loan (NDSL) loans and any other educational
loans which may be outstanding as a result of my career
at Southwest Baptist University.
a. These NDSL educational loans are to be paid
in full
by October 1, 1999.
b. Written confirmation of SBU's assumption
of
responsibility for my outstanding NDSL Loans
and any other educational loans owed to
Southwest Baptist University by Marie O'Hara
and incurred as a result of my career at SBU
will be mailed to my postal box address [now
closed] by certified, return-receipt mail no later
than September 16, 1999.
c. I am not aware of any other educational debt
except the NDSL loans.
Please check your records to ascertain
that this is accurate as I do not wish to
communicate with SBU further once this
agreement is settled.
2. I request that if I owe any other payment
to SBU
for educational expenses of any kind that such
debts are forgiven.
a. At present, I am not aware
of any current debt
which I owe SBU; however, I have requested this
as a precautionary measure so that there will not
be any need for further communication between
SBU and myself, my family, my friends, or
representatives.
Please check your records.
b. Written confirmation of SBU's assumption
of responsibility for and forgiveness of
any outstanding educational debt of any
kind owed to Southwest Baptist University
by Marie O'Hara and incurred as a result
of my career at SBU will be mailed to my
postal box address [now closed] by certified,
return- receipt mail no later than September 16, 1999.
