the Southern Baptist Convention,
and the administration
and
the Board of Trustees of
 Southwest Baptist University
have once again gone unheeded.

Therefore, today we will begin gradually updating 
this and other websites.

Over the past two months
of conflict and turbulent restructuring within the
Missouri Baptist Convention,
the Southern Baptist Convention,
and Southwest Baptist University,
there has been considerable opportunities
for both the leadership and membership
to rethink the priorities, principles, attitudes,
quality, and ultimate purposes of
their commitment to Christ, to Christianity,
to these specific organizations,
to the students,
to the community,
and to the many in the broader community
... who may not yet know Christ.

We had hoped that during this restructuring,
we would have a viable opportunity
to resolve this situation to everyone's best advantage
and in everyone's best interest.

This does not yet seem to be the case.

Therefore, we will be re-opening the
newly-expanded version of this website
within the month.

The possibility of continuing negotiations
will, nonetheless, remain open ...

Announcement

The approximately fifty (50) members of the
Executive Board of the Missouri Baptist Convention
are scheduled to meet this
Monday and Tuesday, July 10 and 11, 2000
in the Baptist Building in Jefferson City, Missouri.

As the members of the Missouri Baptist Executive Board
-- either individually or collectively --
have made no known or visible attempt toward
correcting the situations alluded to or described on this site,
nor have they taken any substantial action
towards compensating
and making amends, reparations, or restitution
to those who have been
repeatedly defamed, defrauded, injured, or abused,
we must assume
(and, indeed, we can reach no other reasonable conclusion) 
that the entire
Executive Board of the Missouri Baptist Convention
is now in full and complete complicity
with these immoral, unethical, and illegal actions.

If this is not the case, we would urge
those among the Executive Board members
who disagree with this
immoral, unethical, and illegal conduct
to make their objections
clearly and unmistakably understood
to other members of
the Executive Board of the Missouri Baptist Convention
during this July 10-11 meeting.

Part 2: Confidentiality and Privacy Rights
of the Students and Staff

This section deals with the unethical and, in some instances, possibly
illegal breeches of student confidentiality by SBU employees and
associates and the violation of student privacy rights.

Part 3:  The Health and Safety of Students and Faculty
~~~~~~~*~~~~~~
This portion questions the ethics and legality of the health and
safety measures and standards on the SBU campus and contains
extensive medical information and research references.

Part 4: The Emotional, Psychological, Academic
and Spiritual  Well-Being of Students and Faculty

These questions focus on aspects of the total
welfare of the students and faculty and contain
details of a variety of harmful, unethical, possibly
illegal, incidents involving SBU personnel and
supporters which the Trustees have thus far not
addressed in a reasonable manner.

Part 5:  Accountability: The Administration, Faculty,
Staff, Regents, and Board of Trustees of SBU

Part 5 lists the names and positions of those individuals and
officials who are responsible for the decisions which govern,
guide, and shape the moral, ethical, and legal standards at SBU.
