Dr. Ray Leininger, Pastor of First Baptist Church
of Bolivar, was admitted to the hospital
for minor exploratory surgery and an angiogram
late last week following
some heart irregularities which were detected
during his stress test.

He is resting and recouperating at home this week.
We wish him a quick recovery.

Out of respect for Pastor Leininger's health difficulties,
we have delayed posting certain letters,
but we must press forward in consideration of
MARIE'S health and well-being
before the Oct 1 and 2 meeting
of the Southwest Baptist University Trustees.
