Service Commission informing them of the current situation.

representative, Linda Thompson, describing the current billing
arrangements.

3) Friday, September 28, 2001 letter to the Trustees of Southwest
Baptist University and the officials of the Missouri Baptist
Convention explaining my intention to present a proposal to resolve
this situation on Monday, October 1, 2001 -- including the article
on "Restorative Justice."

Please supervise the distribution of these three (3) letter so that each
of the Southwest Baptist University Trustees who are meeting today
may access and review this information as quickly as possible.

Later today, the proposal to the Southwest Baptist University
Trustees will also be faxed to you.

Please see that each of the Trustees receive immediate access to
the proposal, also.
