Due to the yesterday's
(Jan 29) unexpected response
from Empire,
Marie has asked her representatives
to prepare to file a formal complaint
against
Empire District Electric
Company
with the Public Service
Commission.
Marie has asked that a tentative hearing
be set for the first week in March
2001.
We are still hopeful that these differences
can be resolved before then --
during the February 12-13 meeting
of the SBU
Trustees.
