The questions in this section (questions 11-24) refer
to any specific knowledge which you may have concerning
the unethical, deceptive, or illegal conduct of anyone
associated with Southwest Baptist University or Campbell
Pest Control.

Though the first questions primarily focus on the use
of pesticides on the SBU campus and the treatment of
the individuals involved, a number of unrelated incidents
and situations are also referenced.

of any statement or implication by any SBU Trustee,
employee or supporter, past or present, that the
pesticides used on the SBU campus were "

"SAFE," or "SAFE WHEN USED AS DIRECTED."*

it is a violation of federal law to claim that
pesticides are "nontoxic," "safe," or "safe when
